This survey is anonymous. Your answers will help us gauge the impact of systemic racism and cultural biases within the profession. The questions will ask about DIVERSITY, INCLUSION, EQUITY, and JUSTICE. We recognize that DIVERSITY has a variety of facets; this survey is assessing forms of diversity as it relates to the representation of Black, Indigenous, and People of Color.
