JOB OPENINGS

  • Primary Roles & Responsibilities

    • Direct and manage field surveys and organize acquired documentation

    • Support AHJ permit approval process under direction of AOR

    • Comprehensive understanding of current building codes and demonstrated ability to analyze and prepare a code report, applicable to the project

    • Prepare, review and approve architectural designs and specifications developed by project technical staff and other organizations (i.e., consultants, clients) for constructability and present to AOR for review

    • Manage project team including but not limited to: DPOR and clients for progressive drawing review, coordination and project meetings – both internal and external under direction of AOR

    • Manage and schedule junior staff in relation to the project budget, schedule and prioritizing project tasks and requirements with support from the AOR

    • Manage multiple projects / teams simultaneously, with schedule and budget reporting to AOR

    • Maintain project records and files per standards

    • Proposal support and documentation

    • Prepare written and graphic reports, notes and meeting minutes

    • Thorough knowledge of and compliance with office procedures and standards

    • This position is 80% remote! We equip you with the ability to complete your job from the comfort of your home within a reliable and consistent schedule

    Required Proficiencies

    • Revit 2022 proficiency as it relates to construction document production, BIM modeling, consultant coordination and AutoCAD integration if required

    • General understanding for daily use the following: MS Office, Adobe products

    Essential Professional Practice Skills

    • An excellent command of English, both written and spoken

    • Ability to communicate with, lead and direct team members of any skillset

    Minimum Education & Training

    Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (or related field) from an accredited university

    Minimum 8 years of professional working experience
